Ngoc (Jess) Huynh

Jess is a bilingual solicitor in Family Law, Estate Planning, and Property matters. Fluent in Vietnamese, she is dually qualified to practice law in both Australia and Vietnam. 

Admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria and registered with the Practitioners’ Registry of the High Court of Australia, Jess practices in all Australian States and Federal jurisdictions.

Jess is passionate about community legal services. During her studies, Jess volunteered at multiple community legal centers in the areas of family law, discrimination, and immigration law. Prior to her admission to the Supreme Court, Jess worked as a law clerk in various Australian firms in family law, conveyancing, commercial litigation, wills and estates, and criminal matters.

Before relocating to Australia, Jess was an associate at a top-tier law firm and a pioneer investment group in Vietnam assisting international clients with their M&A transactions and investments into Vietnam in real estate, hospitality, healthcare, and consultancy.

With a solid commercial background and having lived and worked in Vietnam and Australia and being a migrant herself, Jess is well positioned to understand and assist clients with their family, property and estate matters.
