About Will and Probate Services
Will and Probate Services are not your average law firm, for a start we are experts in just one area of law. Later Life Planning, which includes Wills and Estate Planning, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax and a multitude of other things. We specialise in advising families with complex situations and needs. We are particularly passionate about helping families with disabled children to have the right planning in place. Our Islamic Wills division is headed by one of the few women in the UK to have a qualification in Islamic Jurisprudence. Mariam can make sure your estate is dealt with in accordance with Sharia.
