Angharad Monk

Angharad qualified as an Associate Legal Executive in 2009, having exclusively practised Family law since 2003. She has gained comprehensive experience having worked at a variety of firms in Kent and East Surrey, some of which have been featured in the Legal 500 Index. Angharad joined our team in November 2020. Angharad prides herself on delivering legal advice to her clients in a clear jargon free manner, while ensuring a high standard of client care, professionalism, and empathy. Angharad is skilled in all areas of family law including divorce, matrimonial finance, civil partnership dissolution, children disputes (including internal and external relocation), and domestic abuse. While Angharad embraces mediation and other non-adversarial solutions, she is an experienced litigator, and is aware of the need to provide a sensible and pragmatic approach to each case.
