Please note that it might be that after you have booked your consultation, the other party in the case also approaches us to arrange an appointment. We always undertake a conflict check and would explain that we would be unable to make an appointment with them due to a professional reason. We would not disclose that we have been consulted by you, but they may make that assumption. It is something that rarely happens but would like you to understand this.
