About the LawTap Supermaxi

After finishing second across the line last year, the LawTap 100ft supermaxi, owned and skippered by Christian Beck, has high hopes of going one better this year.

The professional team of 18, will be joined by 3 LawTap staff who will be racing for the first time ever. Most of the crew, including boat captain Ty Oxley, Tony Mutter and Chris Nicholson, have raced together on this supermaxi on numerous occasions over the last four years. There is great excitement in the LawTap camp for this year's race as they attempt to take out line honours.

LawTap will also make history by being the only boat, from a 120-strong fleet, to provide live footage of the race thanks to its investment in ground-breaking technology.
