Beilby Poulden Costello
About Beilby Poulden Costello
Beilby Poulden Costello has its origins in a legal practice started by Barry Beilby in 1975. The practice was a small general practice providing legal services in all types of law including compensation law, family law, commercial law, property disputes, sales and purchases. Since then we have concentrated just on being personal injury compensation specialists. Courtenay Poulden became a partner in 1990. The business expanded significantly in 1993 when the practice merged with that of Flannery Mura & Costello, a firm specialising in compensation law. The merged firm became Beilby Poulden Costello with Barry Beilby and Courtenay Poulden partners in the new firm. In 1997, Scott Hall-Johnston was appointed partner. In 2012 the firm expanded further appointing Mark Nelson as a partner and 2015 saw the appointment of Kate Henderson to partner. BPC Partners, Courtenay Poulden, Scott Hall-Johnston, Mark Nelson and Kate Henderson are all Accredited Specialists in Personal Injury law. The firm and partners are recognised by the Doyles Guide 2025 and Best Lawyers 2025 Edition.
