Legal Practitioner Director, Rachelle Hare, is a Construction Lawyer, Commercial Lawyer, Commercial Manager and Business Adviser with more than 25 years of experience in the Construction Industry and related industries around Australia. Her background includes top-tier private practice, senior Australian Government legal roles, engagements as General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel, and six years working full-time as a Commercial Manager on major ICT and Construction Projects. Rachelle advises Contractors, Subcontractors, Suppliers and Consultants on Construction Contracts, Commercial Contracts, Contract Review, Contract Drafting, Contract Negotiation, Variations, Extensions of Time, Payment Claims, Security of Payment, Construction Claims, pre-litigation Dispute Resolution, Business Structuring, Governance, Compliance and Risk Management.
