Cally Gooch is the Licensed Conveyancer and owner of Peninsula Property Transfers.
Cally has been involved in the Real Estate Industry for over 17 years, of which 13 years Cally has specialised in Conveyancing and has performed thousands of conveyancing transactions for clients such as first time homebuyers, investors and one of Australia’s largest and leading new home builders, Metricon Homes. Along the way Cally has also developed relationships with high profile clients, major developers and other conveyancing/law firms within Victoria.

Cally has acquired vast conveyancing knowledge and experience from managing major subdivision projects, residential and commercial property sales and purchases, transfer of ownership and refinances, registration of plans, dispositions of established Display Homes and land acquisitions for Display homes to be constructed.
