Gabrielle is a lawyer with extensive experience in all aspects of property developments ranging from negotiations, preparation of all necessary documentation required for due diligence, acquisitions and sales, joint venture and development agreements, residential and commercial leases, licences, easements, commercial agreements and manufactured home and retirement living advice, documentation, and structuring. Gabrielle has worked on a broad range of developments across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria from 800 lot rural land sharing schemes, mixed-use high rises, multi-lot flat land subdivisions and childcare and commercial developments.
