Iktimal Kashabech

Iktimal Kashabech is a Junior Solicitor at Headstart Legal, where she has been an integral member of the team for approximately two years. She advises across a broad range of practice areas, including charity law, business law, employment law, intellectual property, immigration, and wills and estates.

Iktimal’s experience spans complex and multi-jurisdictional matters. She has assisted in successfully securing a client’s immigration appeal before the Federal Court of Australia, supported international NGOs in establishing charity branches within Australia, and registered charitable entities with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).

Her work further includes drafting international agreements between global charitable organisations, advising on employment contracts for both emerging and established businesses, preparing Islamic wills that align with both legal and religious principles, and contributing to policy formulation across a variety of sectors.
