Sianne Way

Sianne is an experienced litigator with almost 10 years of experience following her admission as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and recently South Australia. She has a strong focus on property related matters, having spent most of her time dealing with the resulting disputes. This knowledge means she is excellently placed to manage property claims and advise on property contracts.

Managing any claim requires initiative, problem solving, analytical thought and exercise of judgement of which Sianne regularly displays. Sianne is highly professional, approachable and provides measured advice to ensure that her clients achieve the best possible outcome via dispute resolution or, if necessary, through the court process. She has an excellent reputation for taking on and resolving problems and improving client satisfaction.

​Sianne’s international experience includes working as a Registered Foreign Lawyer in the UK, working in Litigation and Dispute Management teams handling a variety of disputes related to property and motor claims.

​Sianne joined LGee and Julius Lawyers in 2021 having returned to Adelaide. Her broad experience has equipped her with the knowledge and expertise to deal with a wide range of legal problems, disputes, and litigation.

Sianne is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and the Women Lawyers Association of South Australia.
