Experience: Simon commenced practice in 1996 and is now a Director of Dangerfield Exley Lawyers. Simon is the head of the property and commercial teams and provides individuals and businesses with a refreshing approach to property and commercial legal services, including; due diligence advice on residential and commercial property acquisitions and developments (residential, commercial & industrial), business and franchise sales and acquisitions, commercial leasing, sales of shares and assets, joint venture projects (incorporated, partnerships, unit trusts) and mediation. Simon revels in the intellectual and legal challenges he faces each day and genuinely enjoys solving legal problems and providing real, practical solutions for all manner of clients.

Credentials: LLB from Bond University and Bachelor of Science (BSc) from University of Western Australia.
