Gold Coast Franchising & Business Lawyer with over 19 years' experience - Simone is the Principal Lawyer at Advantage Partners Lawyers. As a franchising and business lawyer, I work with businesses, franchisors and franchisees to assist in general commercial and corporate matters, with a particular focus on:

- Business and franchise sales and purchases.

- Franchising and franchise agreements and systems.

- Intellectual property law, licensing, trade marks, leasing, sponsorship, shareholder agreements, competition terms and permits.

I have advised private individuals, councils, public and private companies throughout Australia and overseas.

I have also acted for national and international franchisors and been involved in the design and establishment of franchise systems within Australia, as well as assisting groups to move into international markets and/or acquire other franchise brands. Simone has assisted master franchisees and franchisees as they acquire and deal with their franchises.

Simone is an elected member of the Franchise Council of Australia’s (“FCA”) Queensland Chapter Committee and an appointed committee member to the Queensland Law Society's specialist Franchising Committee.
