Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I practice primarily in the areas of business law and commercial litigation where I assist businesses in every stage of their life cycle. This includes advising on commercial structures, to drafting all types of contracts, to debt recovery, dispute resolution, and where needed - litigation.
In addition to my business law practice, I also advise in the area of drone law. I have represented drone pilots, manufacturers, software providers and just about every other type of client in this space. This has included advice on the regulations, representation in Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) investigations, as well as the commercial requirements stemming from such businesses . I have been involved in CASA Technical Working Groups, as well as Department of Infrastructure working groups, in shaping drone regulation in Australia.
