William Grice

William commenced practice in 1974 and founded Grice Legal in the same year.

His practice centres around family and separation law, where he has significant experience in dealing with complex parenting and property matters.

He has appeared in the Federal Circuit and Family Court (and its predecessors) in hearings at both first instance and upon appeal.

The property matters William takes on often involve detailed corporate structures and family trusts.

When it comes to parenting and children’s matters, William has dealt with relocation applications and international recovery applications under The Hague Convention.
