Amy Little

Amy has been practising law since her admission in 2012. Amy holds the position of Senior Associate at VM Family Law. Amy has a Bachelor of Laws from completion of her degree with the University of Southern Queensland.

Since her admission in 2012, Amy has worked for a general practice law firm where she practised predominantly in family law as well as criminal defence, wills & estates and retail and commercial leasing. Amy has practiced exclusively in family law since 2019.

Amy is experienced in appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, the Children’s Court and Magistrates Courts.

Amy is particularly interested in property settlement matters and enjoys assisting clients navigate their way to resolution and financial independence. In parenting matters, Amy is dedicated to seeing these matters resolve quickly and in the best interests of the subject children. Amy is dedicated to representing her clients diligently in all aspects of these legal disputes, whether it be litigation in court or mediating disputes out of court.

Amy works out of the Brookwater office and is available for consultations on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
