As the principal of Melinda Griffiths Lawyers, Melinda specialises in personal injury matters with over 22 years’ experience, she has specialised in personal injury litigation over this entire period. Melinda is an accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law and has had experience working among leading professionals in the law industry and has won awards including becoming a finalist in Regional Lawyer of the Year with the Australian Lawyer Weekly Awards in 2016, becoming a finalist in the Illawarra Business of the Year in 2018, and winning Regional Lawyer of the Year with the Australian Lawyer Weekly Awards in 2017. In 2021, Melinda won the categories of Customer Focus Award and Best Small Business with the Illawarra Women in Business awards. She is a chair of the Wollongong Charter of the Women Lawyers Association, and President of the Wollongong and Regional Law Society.
