Experience: Steven commenced practice in 1997 and is Director of Dangerfield Exley Lawyers. An experienced mediator in litigation and dispute resolution; Steven consults to the property, commercial and business teams. Steven advises listed corporations, private companies, administrators, liquidators, secured and unsecured creditors, start up enterprises, high net worth individuals and foreign clients on all aspects of their commercial, property and financing matters. With experience in all jurisdictions including the Federal Court and Supreme Court; Steven counsels on all matters in relation to due diligence, acquisitions, joint ventures, regulatory issues, contractual disputes and recovery proceedings for lenders.
