Garistine Simmons

Garistine is an attorney who has a passion for helping others plan, build, and problem-solve. In addition to practicing law, she is a business coach, tax accountant, and the co-founder of Faith Consulate, a church where she serves alongside her husband, Ben Simmons. During her career, she has practiced law with the North Carolina Banking Commission, owned a tax preparation franchise, and taught accounting, business law, and tax courses at several universities.

Garistine earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Saint Augustine’s College, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from The Ohio State University and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Saint Thomas University.
