I limit the number of clients I accept, so that I’m able to dedicate a significant amount of time and attention to every client. This time allows me to understand you, your family dynamics, your estate- so I can design the best plan possible to meet your goals. Remember- paperwork won't be there for your family during a crisis, BUT a trusted advisor who understands the family dynamic and client's goals will be there to offer guidance. Our relationship is the key difference + the value I offer.

What if already have a Trust / Will / Other Estate Planning Documents?

We can help to review your existing documents, to advise if there have been any changes in the law that may necessitate an update. We also can help revise existing plans to change important provisions- oftentimes this includes updating the Trust's jurisdiction (if you may have moved), updates to your nominated decision-makers (Trustees, Powers of Attorney, Executors, etc.), and/or updates to your beneficiaries (heirs).

How much is a living trust / will / estate plan?

It depends- it's vital to understand that anyone who gives a legal quote online is only churning out boilerplate docs! I can't give a price without first having an understanding of what, exactly, you need. An analogy: asking for a legal fee quote w/o first getting to know the client is like asking "How Much is a House?" Obviously, house prices vary on its location, size, condition, etc. Similarly, our prices depend on plan type, which depends on what YOU need and want.

Do you offer flat fees? What's your typical billing structure?

98% of the time, I’m able to offer my clients an transparent, flat-fee billing system. At our consultation (or shortly after for complex plans), we'll create a custom-tailored plan to meet your individual family, business, financial, and long-term goals, along with a fee quote with your Plan Design, so you’ll know the costs associated with your plan.

Asset Protection: We take a mindful, bespoke approach to asset protection planning - our strategies often involve careful layering of different entities, such as Nevada Asset Protection Trusts, which are constructed not only to safeguard our client’s assets, but to ultimately provide peace of mind.
