This one-time consultation appointment will not exceed one hour. Consultation appointments may be shortened in order to provide time for the review documents and reply within the one hour time frame.

Any further representation regarding your issue initially discussed in the consultation will require a separate fee agreement.

Please note:
(1) If the further represntation is a matter that we bill at a flat rate, the consultation will be deducted from the flat representation fee.
(2) If the further represntation is a matter that we bill as an hourly fee, the consultation fee will not be deducted from the hourly fee agreement.

After the initial one-hour consultation, our firm will bill the current hourly applicable rate for subsequent telephone calls.

Payment is required prior to the consultation. The consultation fee shall be refundable if the consultation is cancelled 48 hours prior to the appointment. We realize that the consultation may not last the full hour; however, this will not result in a reduced consultation fee.
